QC/Technical Support We employ engineers, technicians and also train production staff to perform extra QC as a precautionary measurement. QC Staff 5 to 9 Materials/Components Polyester textured yarn and nylon raw materials are sourced in Taiwan. 15% of our other components are imported from Indonesia and China. Procedures/testing Details All our raw materials and components are subject to in-house inspections. Tests are also conducted at each stage of production, and finished goods are given a final check before packing. Our testing equipment is purchased locally or is imported from Japan. We utilize: Wrap reel Analytical and precision balance Twist counter Hydrostatic head tester Emendorf tearing-strength tester Dyed rubber tester Standard launder tester Hardness tester Densimeter Simple cutter QC machine in use at our factory
